* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...San Bernardino County in southern California...
* WHEN...Until 900 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 722 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Off ramps along Interstate 40 and National Trails Highway between Ludlow and Amboy are the most likely places to experience minor flooding.
