* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 304 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that thunderstorms earlier today that produced heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing, particularly south of Lamont where numerous roads are closed. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
