* WHERE...Eagle River to Manitou Island MI.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
