* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. For the second Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 2 to 4 ft expected. For the Gale Watch, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 2 to 4 ft possible.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from North Beach to Drum Point MD, and Choptank River to Cambridge MD and the Little Choptank River.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until noon EDT today. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 6 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday morning through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels.
