At 417 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen in an area north through southeast of Flora. A personal weather station on the west side of Flora measured 3.6 inches of rain. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
