At 1050 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5 miles south of Cutler, or 9 miles north of Visalia, moving northwest at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include... Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, Reedley, Dinuba, Orosi, Parlier, Orange Cove, Del Rey, London, Cutler and East Orosi.
