* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 400 PM CDT, various rainfall observations, automated river gauges, and ground-truth reports from observers indicated that at least 3 to 7 inches of rain had fallen within the area over the last two days, resulting in continued minor flooding along some area creeks, rivers, and some rural roads. In most places, water levels should continue to very slowly recede through the rest of today, as water increasingly drains into more mainstem rivers such as the Solomon River. Portions of the Solomon River remain in a Flood Warning through Friday morning. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
