* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of moderate to heavy rain will push across portions of central Illinois through midday Friday.
