Special Weather Statement

At 340 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles southeast of Atwood, or 8 miles southwest of Huntingdon, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Humboldt, Milan, Lexington, Huntingdon, Camden, Natchez Trace State Park, Natchez Trace State Forest, Parsons, Three Way, Bruceton, Atwood, Reagan, Blue Goose, Vale, Bargerton, Wildersville, Parkers Crossroads, Darden, Medina, and Scotts Hill.

This includes Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 90 and 134.
