* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 18.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
