* WHEN...Until 930 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 632 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 0.9 and 1.3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Smith Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
