At 530 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Homer City, Ford City, Freeport, Black Lick, West Lebanon, Manorville, Ford Cliff, Elderton, Lenape Heights, Shelocta, Jacksonville, Lucerne Mines, Brush Vly and Crooked Creek Lake Park.
