* At 127 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported widespread flash flooding and ongoing water rescues in Jackson County. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall is ongoing in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for McKee, Sandgap, and Clover Bottom. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
