At 721 PM CDT /821 PM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain due to thunderstorms had exited the warned area. However, water may be slow to recede due to 2 to 3 inches of rain that occurred over the past couple hours. Flash flooding concerns across the county remain.
