* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 440 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Lick Creek, Eagle Branch, Boggs Run, Meadow River, Big Clear Creek, Kitchen Creek, Little Creek, Beaver Creek, Little Clear Creek, Fitzwater Branch, Big Run, Burns Run, Dry Run, Fisher Creek, Greenbrier River, Joe Knob Branch and Boggs Creek.
