* WHEN...From late tonight to Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Lowland agricultural areas begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 14.2 feet Saturday morning.
