* WHERE...Northeastern Conejos County in south central Colorado... West Central Costilla County in south central Colorado... South Central Alamosa County in southeastern Colorado...
* WHEN...Until 345 PM MST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of the Conejos River and San Antonio River, along with other low-lying and flood-prone locations, continues in eastern Conejos County. Inundation of low-lying areas near and downstream of the confluence with the Rio Grande is also expected. Some roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
