* At 847 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong thunderstorm was located over the Atlantic waters of Puerto Rico, about 25 NM northeast of San Juan, moving southwest at 15 knots.
