* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 7 to 10 ft at 18 seconds and south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the Gale Watch, seas 12 to 17 ft at 17 seconds and south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt possible.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR out 10 NM.
* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM PST Thursday. Gale Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
