* WHAT...East winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 11 to 16 feet.
* WHERE...Alenuihaha Channel, Big Island Windward Waters, Big Island Leeward Waters and Big Island Southeast Waters.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels.
