* WHERE...Southeastern Garfield County in west central Colorado, between Carbondale and Glenwood Springs, along Highway 82...
* WHEN...Until 630 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying, poor drainage areas and water over roadways expected. Highway 82 is susceptible to rockfalls and mudslides in heavy rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 424 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
