* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1000 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated light to moderate rain falling across the advisory area. Minor flooding is already occurring at some locations due to between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain that fell early this morning. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Back Creek, Blackwater River, Big Chestnut Creek and Big Bear Rock Branch. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
