* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The river overflows low ground on the Illinois side.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is cresting at 15.5 feet now, where it will remain nearly steady through tonight, then it is expected to fall slowly until going below flood stage Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
