At 1202 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing, with 3 to 5 inches of water on many of the back roads between Colchester and Adair.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Macomb, Bushnell, Colchester, Blandinsville, Industry, Good Hope, Prairie City, Bardolph, Tennessee, Sciota, Western Illinois University, Fandon, Adair, New Philadelphia, Little Swan Lake, Colmar, Walnut Grove, Plymouth, Macomb Municipal Airport and McDonough County 4-H Grounds.
