* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, including eastern Elbert, Lincoln, Washington, Sedgwick, and Phillips Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM MDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms and heavy rainfall this evening, combined with the heavy rainfall from the past 3 days, will bring a threat for flash flooding this afternoon and evening. Stronger storms will be capable of producing 1 to 2 inches of rain in 30 minutes, with isolated areas receiving storm totals of 3+ inches.
