* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and south central Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Limestone and Navarro. In northeast Texas, Van Zandt. In south central Texas, Robertson.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The remnants of Tropical Storm Edouard are expected to bring a localized swath of very heavy rain to portions of the Flood Watch. While most locations in the watch will see 1 to 3 inches of rain, localized amounts of up to 6 inches will be possible through Thursday night. - weather.gov/safety/flood
