* WHERE...Coastal waters from Fenwick Island DE to Chincoteague VA out 20 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM EDT Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from late Sunday night through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gale conditions could persist into mid to late week.
