* At 1113 PM MDT /1213 AM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southwest of Ottumwa, or 12 miles northeast of Philip, moving southeast at 45 MPH.
HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 MPH wind gusts.
