At 728 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.25 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Taylor, Clay Springs and Snowflake.

This includes the following highways... State Route 260 between mile markers 318 and 324. State Route 277 between mile markers 317 and 336. State Route 77 between mile markers 361 and 362.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Cottonwood Wash, Stinson Wash, Canal, The, Dodson Wash, Willow Wash, Decker Wash, Day Wash and Silver Creek.
