* WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello.

* WHEN...From Friday morning to Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Agricultural land near the river is flooded and water covers most islands. Water starts rising onto secondary roads in Wapello Bottoms.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 19.0 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday morning to a crest of 21.5 feet Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
