* Flash Flood Warning for... Jackson County in southern Mississippi...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 414 PM CDT, local law enforcement dispatch reported multiple high water rescues near Latimer, D'Iberville, and Ocean Springs. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Ocean Springs, Moss Point, Escatawpa, St. Martin, Gautier, Vancleave, Hickory Hills, Wade, Helena, Big Point, Hurley, Gulf Park Estates, Gulf Hills and Latimer.
