* WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 10 AM AKDT Sunday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM Sunday to 1 AM AKDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
