* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 308 PM EDT, Doppler radar continued to show moderate to occasionally heavy rain falling across the area. The Still River at Brookfield was near action stage. This is causing minor urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen since last night. - A steady rain will likely continue into the evening with rates up to 0.25 to 0.50 inches and hour.
