* WHAT...Southeast to south winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts of 35 to 50 mph expected for the slopes of the northern Blue Mountains.

* WHERE...Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 AM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds are expected to be strongest along the slopes of the northern Blue Mountains, including along Interstate 84 in the vicinity of Cabbage Hill. Winds will be lighter away from the mountains.
