* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 511 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain which prompted the advisory has ended. However, water from these earlier rains may still be collecting in low lying areas. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
