* Flash Flood Warning for... Eastern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania... South Central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Western Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 457 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy rain was falling across the warned area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding has already been occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Philadelphia, Chester, Yeadon, Conshohocken, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Narberth, National Park, East Lansdowne, Morris Park, Drexel Hill and Roxborough.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 13. Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 333 and 350. Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 5 and 18. Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
