* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island MD and Tidal Potomac from Key Bridge to Indian Head MD.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM EDT Thursday. For the Gale Warning, from 9 AM to 8 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels.
