* At 802 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 nm west of Deal Island to Mouth Of The Potomac River to 17 nm northwest of Urbanna Inlet, moving southeast at 20 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.
