For the first Small Craft Advisory, seas 7 to 10 ft at 9 seconds and northwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, seas 4 to 7 ft at 8 seconds and north winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from 10 to 60 NM.
