A marine weather statement has been issued for the open coastal waters of southeastern louisiana from Port Fourchon to Lower Atchafalaya River out 60 NM.
At 1054 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms over the waters capable of producing weak waterspouts. These showers and thunderstorms are moving generally southeastward around 5-10 knots.
