* At 654 PM EDT, emergency management and law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 8 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Richmond, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, Franklin, Abington, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Spring Grove, Bethel, Economy, Boston, Mount Auburn, Whitewater, Interstate 70 at Exit 145, Williamsburg and Jacksonburg.
