* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1138 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rainfall had moved out of the area. Streams may continue to rise due to earlier heavy rainfall across central and eastern Lee County. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
