* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Montana, including the following area, Butte/Blackfoot Region.

* WHEN...From 2 PM MDT this afternoon through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and flood-prone locations such as poor drainage areas, urban areas, and burn scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered thunderstorms with rain rates over a half inch per hour are expected this afternoon and evening.
