At 120 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Licksburg, or over Salyersville, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Torrential rain, wind gusts up to 40 mph, and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include... Paintsville, West Liberty, Salyersville, Mason, Lewis, Oaklawn Estates, Florress, Falcon, Wonnie, Burning Fork, Collista, Kernie, West Van Lear, West Royalton Station, Swamp Branch, Ever, Gapville, Cottle, Perlie, and Niles.
