* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey... Eastern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania... South Central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Western Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 113 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving into the warned area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen across portions of the area. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Philadelphia, Gloucester City, Chester, Deptford, West Deptford, Yeadon, Woodbury, Conshohocken, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Paulsboro and Westville.

Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 333 and 350. Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 4 and 17. Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
