* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island MD, Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA and Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from noon today to 10 PM EDT this evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM to 6 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
