* WHERE...Platte River at Sharps Station.

* WHEN...Until late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Low-lying rural land along the river begins to flood. At 29.0 feet, Backwater from the Platte River floods Highway KK along the Little Platte River at the location 0.2 miles east of Highway B.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
