* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Logan County in northeastern Colorado... Central Morgan County in northeastern Colorado... North Central Washington County in northeastern Colorado...
* WHEN...Until 945 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 645 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages... Beaver Creek, Pawnee Creek, Bijou Creek, Wildcat Creek, Badger Creek, Kiowa Creek. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Morgan, Brush, Wiggins, Log Lane Village, Merino, Hillrose, Snyder, Prewitt Reservoir, Fort Morgan Airport, Union and Messex.
