* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 826 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with torrential rainfall are sitting along the crest of Franklin Mountains, and trail back into Sunland Park and downtown El Paso. Flooding is likely to occur in arroyos in Franklin Mountains State Park, and McKelligon Canyon.
