* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.5 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to 18.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening to 10.8 feet Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
